The 2010 Scottish Combined Regional Race Management, Judge and Umpire Conference, for RYA qualified Race Officers, Judges and Umpires will take place on Saturday 20th February 2010, at The Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club, Rhu, near Helensburgh.
